Set in modern london, this is pilot episode is the introduction to the residents of 453 watford way 2012. The tenants are 3 students from all walks of life Shinji (19), Strap (19) and Edward (25+). The house they are living in is located in the quiet suburban area hendon, which suffers from some of the highest rental cost in england. The students struggle of living takes a toll on them and their living conditions.
